The "Mermaid Dragline" blade measures 9" in length and 14 1/2" overall. The Damascus
billet was crafted by Jay Nickell using a Marion 8200 dragline cable and nickel powder.
This knife is a modern interpretation of a Japanese-style Santoku kitchen knife.The
Damascus pattern is created from twisted cable and is proudly displayed to the end of the
knife via the slotted handle. The handle is compiled of engraved and anodized titanium,
G10, copper, and CocoBolo with stainless steel screws.The engraving pattern pays
homage to traditional Japanese design and is anodized in multiple colors to honor it.
